12 Leg Strap Leg Split

Hook your feet on the machine using the strap attachment and ensure that it is secure while sitting on the bench pad. With your butt down and your hands on the edge of the pad, use your hip abductor to get your body weight up by spreading your legs apart. Use as much range of motion as your mobility will allow and briefly pause at the bottom and top of the movement.
