05 Base Platform Leg Press
Get on all fours with your hands at the top of the pad and your feet at the bottom. Place one foot on the middle of the squat stand while keeping the other leg on the pad. Let your body descend as far down as your mobility will allow and then drive hard with your thigh muscles to get back up. Ensure that your core is braced and that your entire foot is in contact with the squat pad.
