07 Base Platform Explosive Leg Press w: Hip Rotations

With your hands firmly at your sides and your back on the pad, place both feet on the squat pad a few inches apart sideways. Drive hard into the squat stand until the pad slides up high, rotate your hip to the other side mid-air and then perform another repetition. Anticipate for the moment of impact beforehand to plant your feet safely on the squat pad. With each repetition, ensure that your feet, knees, and hips are all rotated on one side. Descend as far as you can in order to perform an explosive push for the next repetition.
