08 Base Platform Explosive back leg press
Get on all fours with your hands at the top of the pad and your feet at the bottom. Place one foot on the middle of the squat stand while keeping the other leg on the pad. Let your body descend as far down as your mobility will allow and then drive hard with your thigh muscles to slide up higher than your starting position. Keep your foot in a neutral position to land for the next repetition.
