13 Leg Strap Single Leg Extension
With your back to the bench pad, hook one foot using the strap attachment while leaving the other foot on the edge of the bench pad. Put your arms at your sides on the edge of the bench pad as well. Begin the movement by raising your strap-attached leg upward while keeping your knee locked. The movement ends when your torso and leg create a 90-degree angle. Lower yourself slowly and then raise your leg back up again for another repetition.
